VFI announces team for Rashid Intl Volleball tourney

Chennai, July 11 (UNI) K J Kapil Dev will lead a 12-member Indian men's volleyball team in the Rashid International Volleyball tournament to be held at Dubai from July 12 to 17.

In a statement here today, Secretary General of Volleyball Federation of India (VFI) K Murugan said the other team members were R Kamaraj, Yellu Subba Rao, R Rajeev, Abdul Azees, P S Srikanth, Jitendra Singh, M N Vikram, Surjit Singh, Tom Joseph, T P Sayooj and J Natarajan (Libero).

While Kuldip Raj Magotra would head the delegation, Augusto Jose Sabbatini of Brazil would be the Chief coach. S Made Gowda and Sheik Karimullah would be the assistant coach and trainer respectively, he added.
