Train, bus collision kills 20 in northern Bangladesh

Dhaka, July 11 (UNI) At least 20 people were killed when a train rammed into a bus at Akkelpur in northern Joypurhat district of Bangladesh today.

Reports said the Khulna-bound Rupsha Express collided with the bus at a railway crossing, killing at least 20 and injuring scores of other passengers in the bus.

While the rescue operation by the Police and the fire brigade is still on, the death toll is likely to go up, police said.
