Red alert declared in all South Guj stations after Mumbai blasts
Surat, July 11 (UNI) The South Gujarat railway police today declared a red alert in all stations in the region following a series of blasts in Mumbai.
Railway police sources here said the alert was declared at various stations like Valsad, Vapi, Udwada, Navasari, Bharuch and Vadodara.
A total of 100 policemen from the Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Government Police Force (GPF) have been deployed at these stations, a senior railway police official said.
Dog squads would check all the trains coming from Mumbai in each and every important station, sources added.
