Rains or thundershowers likely at several places

Pune, July 11 (UNI) The southwest monsoon has futher advanced into east Rajasthan and some more parts of west Rajasthan.

The southwest monsoon has been vigorous in Gangetic West Bengal and active in Kerala.

In the regions where the southwest monsoon is yet to set in, day temperatures were appreciably below normal in remaining parts of west Rajasthan.

Heavy rain are likely to occur at most places in Gangetic West Bengal, Konkan and Goa, coastal Karnataka, Kerala and at many places in Arunachal Pradesh. Assam and Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim, Jharkhand, Bihar.

Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at many places in Uttar Pradesh,Uttaranchal,Haryana,Punjab,Himachal Pradesh,east Madhya Pradesh,Chattisgarh,Madhya Maharashtra,Lakshadweep and at a few places in Orissa,Jammu and Kashmir,Rajasthan,west Madhya Pradesh Vidarbha,Gujrat State,Marathwada,interior,Karnataka,Andman and Nicobar Islands and at isolated places in Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.

Heavy rains have occured at most places in Gangeti West Bengal, Jharkhand,coastal Karnataka,Kerala and many places in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim.

Very light rain have occured at isolated places in Orissa,Punjab, east Madhya Pradesh.

Rain or thundershowers have occured at most places in west Uttar Pradesh,Lakshadweep and many places in Assam and Meghalaya,Konkan and Goa,Madhya Maharashtra,Andman and Nicobar Islands and at a few places in Arunachal Pradesh,Nagaland,Manipur,Mizoram,Tripura,east Uttar Pradesh,Uttaranchal,Haryana,Himachal pradesh,west Madhya Pradesh,Chattisgarh,Marathwada,interior Karnataka and at isolated places in Jammu and Kshmir,Rajasthan,Vidarbha,Gujrat State, Rayalseema,Tamil Nadu and manily dry weather prevailed over coastal Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
