Power situation improves further in Delhi

New Delhi, Jul 11: The power situation improved further in Delhi today with supplies from Dadri and the Naptha-Jhakri power plants resuming.

While 30 MW supply from Dadri and 260 MW from Naptha-Jhakri was restored today, 60 MW from Salal Hydel Project was restored yesterday, an official spokesman said.

There was no load shedding for the third consecutive day and the peak demand of 3200 MW was fully met, he added.
