Police to file chargesheet against Pravin Mahajan on July 12

Mumbai, July 11 (UNI) The Police is likely to file a charge sheet against Pravin Mahajan, accused of killing his brother and senior BJP leader Pramod Mahajan, in a local court here tomorrow.

Pravin will either physically be produced before the court or he will be heard through video conferencing for the purpose of extension of his judicial remand tomorrow. On June 28, while pleading for an extension in his judicial remand assistant public prosecutor E B Dhamal had told the court that police would file a charge sheet against Pravin Mahajan within two week's time.

Pravin who is facing the charges of murder, is at present lodged in Arthur road jail here.
