MP to promote eco-tourism

Bhopal, July 11 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh Government is seriously considering to promote eco-tourism in the state.

Madhya Pradesh is the first state to constitute MP Eco-tourism Development Board and it was obvious that other states would look forward to the state over the work done on this front.

''Every possible step would be taken to promote eco-tourism without harming nature,'' said Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, while addressing a workshop on eco-tourism here today.

''Eco-tourism has the potential of eliminating stress from day to day life besides creating huge employment potential,'' he added.
