Medical college at J P Hospital

Bhopal, Jul 11: A medical college would be started at the Jai Prakash Hospital in the state capital.

A decision to this effect was taken yesterday at a meeting of the Patients Welfare Committee, chaired by Finance Minister Raghavji. Instructions were issued to the officers to take further action, official sources said.

Mr Raghavji said opening of a medical college at J P Hospital would help expansion of the facilities with people's participation.

A new Out Patients Department wing was being constructed in 5000 sq metre area, District Collector S K Mishra said.
