Mah Governor condemns Mumbai blasts

Mumbai, July 11 (UNI) Maharashtra Governor S M Krishna has condemned the Mumbai bomb blasts, which killed over 100 people, describing it as a dastardly and inhuman attack.

In his message here tonight, Mr Krishna said such acts of cowardice should be condemned.

''I, on my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Maharashtra, convey my heartfelt condolences to those who had lost their near and dear ones and wish speedy recovery to those who are injured in this incident. My heart also goes out to all those affected by these blasts.'' ''I have no doubt in my mind that the resilient people of Mumbai will face the challenge posed by this tragedy with courage and fortitude. I appeal to the people of Mumbai to stay calm in this hour of crises, not to believe in rumors and carry on with their routine activities,'' he added.
