ICRA, IMaCS appoint new directors

New Delhi, July 11 (UNI) Investment Information and Credit Rating Agency of India (ICRA) today appointed four new directors to its Board.

The newly-elected ICRA directors are former Asian Development Bank Executive Director Piyush G Mankad, former PricewaterhouseCoopers Chairman Amal Ganguli, Moody's Investors Service's Executive Vice-President (International) Chester V A Murray and Moody's Asia Pacific Ltd's Group MD (Asia-Pacific) Thomas J Keller.

Meanwhile, ICRA Ltd's wholly-owned consulting subsidiary ICRA Management Consulting Services Ltd (IMaCS) also appointed three new Directors to its Board, which included former World Bank (Washington DC) Executive Director C M Vasudev, former SBI Capital Markets Ltd Executive Chairman and CEO D P Roy and former Bank of Baroda Chairman and Managing Director P S Shenoy.
