Gunmen kill 8 Iraqi workers in Baghdad

BAGHDAD, July 11 (Reuters) Gunmen stormed the Baghdad offices of an Iraqi contracting company and sprayed its employees with bullets, killing eight and wounding one today, police said.

The attack took place in the western district of Mansur. No more details were immediately available. Insurgent groups fighting the U.S.-backed Baghdad government have attacked Iraqi and foreign companies engaged in post-war reconstruction.
