Full night glow clocks introduced for the first time

Mumbai, July 11 (UNI) Mumbai-based Kothari Watch Company has introduced full night visible-Night Glow range of quartz wall clocks for the first time in India.

In a statement released here today, Mr Navin Kothari, Senior Director, Kothari Watch Company said, the figures and hands of the wall clock glow full night. Normally in luminous (radium) clock, the light radiates only for a short span of time in dark but in Kothari clocks,the figures and hands glow full night.

Kothari Night Glow clocks are positioned as an ideal solution for those custmer who preter to use the clocks during the night time. Also in this age of business process outsourcing (BPO) and call centers, night glow clocks have proved to have a greater utility for customers, who stay awake during odd hours.

Interestingly, these clocks are a boon in rural areas where there are electricity problems. It is a big help for senior citizens, who use torch light to see the clock in the night. In addition, it is also very useful for Jain monks(sadhus) who do not use electricity to see time in the night as normally, lights are not used in Jain Temples and Jain Upashrayas.

The company has introduced four models and five colours in full night glow clocks. The price range is between Rs 400 to 480. In addition, Kothari has also introduced mechanical pocket watches and alarm time pieces in full night glow variety. Kothari is also planning to introduce wrist watches in full night glow range, Mr Navin Kothari added.
