Converted drilling machine commissioned in VSP

Visakhapatnam, Jul 11 (UNI) Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP) chairman and managing director Y Siva Sagar Rao today inaugurated the converter tap hole drilling machine in the steel melting shop.

Speaking after inaugurating the machine, he said the plant adopting a state-of-the art technology converter for the new machine would help in increasing the production and reduce tap sleeve renewal duration.

The new drilling machine commissioned in the shop would be a boon to the steel plant, he added.
