BJP MLA granted anticipatory bail

Patna, July 11 (UNI) District and sessions judge of Patna Mandhata Singh today granted anticipatory bail to BJP MLA Awnish Kumar Singh in a case relating to tresspassing the office of Transport Commissioner here.

The judge passed an order to release the MLA on bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs 10,000 with two sureties of the like amount.

The case related to an allegation of tresspassing the office of Transport Commissioner-cum-secaretery Pancham Lal and obstructing a public servant in discharge of his official duty on July 3 last.

BJP MLA, Mr Singh, RJD MLA Babloo Deo, a motor vehicle inspector under suspension Sunil Tiwary were named accused in the case.
