BJP asks K'taka unit to sort out bribery allegations against CM

New Delhi, July 11 (UNI) The BJP has advised its Karnataka Unit and Deputy Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa to sort out the issue of bribery allegations made against Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy by a party BJP legislator.

BJP Spokesman Arun Jaitley said the party had gone through the reports of the allegations attributed to a BJP MLC and found that there had been 'misinterpretation' in the reports.

"The state party and Deputy CM are on their job to sort out the issue and BJP hopes that things will be sorted out," he said.

The issue which figured in the Karnataka Assembly had caused lot of heat in the House leaving a bitter aftertaste between the Treasury and Opposition benches.
