Babloo Shrivastava's case: HC notice to Delhi police

New Delhi, July 11 (UNI) The Delhi High Court today issued notice to the Delhi Police on an appeal by businessman Nitin Shah challenging his conviction in the Lalit Suneja murder case in which underworld don Babloo Shrivastava is the main accused.

The division bench of Justice RS Sodhi and PK Bhasin asked the Delhi Police to file its reply within four weeks and posted the matter for further hearing.

Babloo Shrivastava and Nitin Shah were both convicted to life imprisonment last week for allegedly murdering a businessman Lalit Suneja over a financial dispute in 1992.
