7 grenade attacks in Jammu and Kashmir today

Srinagar: The series of grenade attack continues in Jammu and Kashmir state with the blast of the seventh grenade in Pulwama. The other six blasts were carried out in Srinagar. The toll of victims now touches eight and nearly 26 are injured.

Women are among the dead.

The attacks mostly targetted the tourists therby could affect tourism and economy of the state.

It is rumoured that a new strategy has been employed to spread terror this time.

2 grenade attacks reported in Srinagar today

A grenade blast has killed three people and injured about 13 people in Srinagar today. The grenade attack targetted tourists from Kolkata near Dal Lake area. Women and children might have been affected from the blast.

Sources also tell a second grenade attack has been carried in Srinagar on tourists from Haryana.

The attack could be carried to affect the tourism industry in Kashmir, which is the important source of income for people.

Nothing is known about who is responsible for the attacks
