RJD MP Sadhu Yadav's Secretary surrenders before court

Patna, July 10 (UNI) RJD MP Aniruddh Prasad alias Sadhu Yadav's Personal Secretary Prabhakar Singh today surrendered before a special Vigilance court in connection with the multi-crore rupee flood relief scam.

Judge Ramnivas Prasad later released Mr Singh in view of the anticipatory bail already granted to him by the Patna high court.

Earlier, Mr Singh surrendered before the court during the day and filed a surrender-cum-bail petition.

He was released on bail after furnishing a bail bond of Rs 10,000 with two surities of like amount.

Mr Singh was chargesheeted by the Vigilance Bureau investigating into the flood relief scam.
