Lightning kills 24 cattle in Kashmir

Srinagar, July 10 (UNI) At least 24 cattle were killed when lightning struck a locality in downtown Srinagar early today, official sources said.

According to them, the lightning struck on a cattle shed of Mohammad Shafi Shera at Ganai Mohalla, Rainawari in downtown city early this morning.

At least 24 cattle died due to the lightning, the sources added.
