Centurion Bank grants employees stock options at Rs 20.45

New Delhi, July 10 (UNI) Centurion Bank of Punjab today approved stock options for employees at Rs 20.45 each exercisable within a period of five years from the date of grant under the General Employees Stock Option Plan 2004.

A total of 2,00,00,000 stock options have been offered to the employees of the Bank, according to a company statement.

The company has revoked 14,00,000 options granted on May 19, 2006 at the rate of Rs 25.30 each under the General Employees Stock Option Plan 2004.
