ABG Shipyard to cross 100 vessels delivery mark
New Delhi, July 10 (UNI) ABG Shipyard today said that it expects to cross the delivery of 100 vessels mark till March 2007.
Meanwhile, the company has delivered and transferred the vessel 61M Anchor Handling Tug/Supply Vessel worth Rs 41 crore to Egypt-based Maridive and Oil Services SAE.
Following this delivery, the order book position from Egyptian firm has reached Rs 207 crore. This is the first of the delivery to Maridive and Oil by the company, out of the total seven vessel building orders received from the company.
In the CY 2006, the company till date has received order worth in tune of Rs 1,017 crore.
Among the big orders in 2006, the company has bagged order from ESL Shipping, Finland worth Rs 275 crore, Cyprus-based Lamnalco Rs 132 crore and from Sea Tankers Management Company, apart of John Fredriksen Group Rs 270 crore.
