ABG Shipyard Ltd delivers Rs 41 crore vessel

New Delhi, Jul 10: ABG Shipyard Ltd today said it delivered an anchor handling tug vessel worth Rs 41 crore to Egypt's Maridive&Oil Services.

The 61M Anchor Handling Tug/Supply Vessel is first of the total seven vessel building orders received from the Egypt based company.

Following this delivery, the order book position from Maridive&Oil Services stands at about Rs 207 crore.

''We have delivered 92 vessels from 1990 till date. We expect to cross the 100 vessels mark in the current fiscal,'' company officials said.

In the calendar year 2006, the company received order worth Rs 1,017 crore from various global and domestic firms.
