Three students drown in Krishna river in AP

Guntur, Jul 9 (UNI) Three school students drowned in the Krishna river near Potharlanka village in this district, police today said.

The students, all aged 15 years, studying at a high school in Doneudi village, were caught in a whirlpool while swimming last evening.

The bodies were retrieved late in the night, police said.
