Hyderabad, July 9 (UNI) Union Minister and Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) president K Chandrasekhara Rao today denied differences between the Congress and his party which was a coalition partner of the UPA Government at the Centre.

Speaking to newspersons here after meeting Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) President K Keshava Rao at his residence, Mr Rao said the TRS would continue its support to the Union Government and fight gram panchayat polls together.

'AICC President Sonia Gandhi has given an assurance to the TRS that the Telangana issue will be sorted out after the UPA Sub Committee submits its report,'' he said.

Stating the Opposition Telugu Desam Party (TDP) won more seats in Telangana due to differences between the TRS and the Congress at ground level in panchayat polls held recently, he expressed confidence that both the Congress and the TRS would get 100 per cent positive results in the ensuing gram panchayat elections.

Dr Keshava Rao said the Congress was committed to the formation of Telangana.
