Former Cong MLA, MP join NCP

Sangli, Maharashtra, July 9 (UNI) The Sangli Congress unit received a jolt as party's former MLA Dinkar Patil, former MP Maruti Mane among others today joined the Nationalist Congress Party.

Mr Patil, Mr Mane, Bajirao Appa Patil (Cong), Vilasrao Jagtap (BJP) and others joined the NCP in presence of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister R R Patil at a function held here today.

NCP Maharashtra president Arun Gujrathi, Maharashtra Finance minister Jayant Patil, other ministers Ajit Pawar, Ramraje Nimbalkar were also present.
