Mumbai, July 8 (UNI) Issa Memon, brother of prime absconding accused Tiger Memon and an accused in the 1993 serial bomb blasts case, today moved the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities Act (TADA) court for interim bail on medical grounds.
Designated TADA Judge P D Kode, after hearing the bail plea and recording the statement of a private doctor, reserved his order for July 10.
Issa, while moving the bail plea, told the court that in the custody he became overweight and developed some skin problems.
Earlier, he was being treated by a doctor from the state-run J J Hospital but the problem has not been cured completely. Therefore, he should be shifted to a private hospital to cure the ailment.

He flew out of the country a day prior to the blasts and was later caught in 1995 along with his family members at Delhi.
