Three held for cheating

Aurangabad, July 8 (UNI) Police have detained three persons for allegedly cheating unemployed youths on fake job assurances in Gulf countries.

According to ACP Sudhir Dabhade, the trio, Anupama K Mutha (27), Yogesh V Soloman (33), and Ravi Bajirao Rathod (21), were operating an agency 'Seven Seas Enterprises', charging Rs three thousand instead of the required Rs one thousand, to issue passports.

As per the initial investigations, the trio deceived about 25 people. Police have registered an offence under sections 420, 34 of the IPC. Further investigations are on in the matter.
