Gurudas Kamat becomes member of Press Council

Mumbai, Jul 8 (UNI) Mumbai Congress president Gurudas Kamat has been appointed as a member of the Press Council of India by Lok Sabha Speaker Somnath Chatterjee.

Justice G N Ray is the chairman of the council. Mr Kamat represents the Mumbai North East parliamentary constituency in the Lok Sabha.
