Governor assents to Area Development Authority Ordinance

Ranchi, July 8 (UNI) Jharkhand Governor Syed Sibtey Razi today gave his assent to the amendment of Jharkhand Area Development Authority Ordinance, 2006.

Raj-Bhavan sources said here, the Ordinance would come into immediate effect through out the state.

Sections 30, 53, 65(2) and 65 of the ordinance were amended.
