3 dies, 5 injured in Jharkhand road accident

Giridih, Jul 8 (UNI) Three persons were killed and five injured when a speedy truck dashed a jeep at G T Road today under Bagodar police station area of Jharkhand's Giridih district.

Police said here that the accident occurred as the truck driver lost its control.

Three persons, travelling in the jeep, died on the spot while the injured persons were rushed to Bagodar hospital.

The truck driver fled from the spot.

Police have seized the jeep.
