V C Agrawal takes over as new MD of IBP

Mumbai, July 7 (UNI) V C Agrawal has taken over as Managing Director of IBP Co Limited, a group company of the state-owned Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IndianOil).

This assignment will be in addition to his existing responsibility as Director, Human Resources of IndianOil, said an official release here.

Mr Agrawal takes over the reins of IBP when it is in the final stages of its merger with the parent company, IndianOil. His HRD acumen is expected to be an asset in ensuring a smooth merger process between IBP and IndianOil, the release added.

An Electrical Engineer, Mr Agrawal is an alumnus of IIT Roorkee.

He later completed his Masters in Electrical Power from M S University, Vadodara.
