London, July 7 (UNI) Kolkata boy Rupesh Roy and his Chinese Taipei team mate Hsin Han Lee came from behind to upstage Columbian Edgar Rodriguez and Bolivia's Jose-Roberto Velasco to move into the quarterfinals of the boy's doubles event at the Wimbledon here.

The Indo-Chinese Taipei pair survived an opening set deficit and some torrid moments before managing a 6-7(2/7), 6-3, 6-4 win that pits them against third seeded Croate pair of Luka Belic and Antonio Veic in the quarterfinals.

Against Rodriguez and Velasco, the Rupesh-Lee pair found going quite tough and though they managed to stretch the set to tie-breaker, it was the South American pair who bagged it and went one up.

Sensing danger, Lee and Rupesh raised their game and went for the shots on their way to bag the second set to force a decider.

Once they found their feet and settled into a rhythm, there was no looking back for Lee and Rupesh and they won the third set, and the match, with a complete control over the proceedings.
