Rajastha HC issues notice against minister

Jaipur, July 7 (UNI): Rajasthan High Court has issued a notice against Social Welfare Minister Madan Dilawar for his provoking statements against Kota's Emmanuel Mission Society.

The court issued a notice yesterday against the petition filed by Emmanuel's M A Thomas and others. The court also instructed the public prosecutor to produce the case diary on July 20 and asked for replies of the secretary of the social welfare departament and Home Secretary to be filed in the court.

The petition said the minister had made derogatory remarks against Christians and the Emmanuel Mission Society which is totally contrary to the oath taken by the minister.
