Hearing into Ajay Chautala's shopping complex case on Aug 3

Chandigarh, July 7 (UNI) The Punjab and Haryana High Court has fixed August three as the date for arguments on the petition filed by Rajya Sabha member Ajay Singh Chautala against the cancellation of the plot allotment to him for building a shopping complex in Faridabad by the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA).

HUDA had acted against Ajay Singh chautala for failure to pay the instalment of Rs.34,60,887.The court has already stayed demolition of the structure or revocation of allotment of plot till further orders.

The petitioner had later sent a sum of Rs one crore towards the plot price, but the same was not accepted by HUDA.

The next hearing for arguments was fixed by the court's division bench of Justices Viney Mittal and H S Bhalla.
