Three killed in road mishap in K'taka

Bangalore, July 6 (UNI) Three people were killed on the spot and one person was injured when a car in which they were travelling rammed into a lorry near Challakere under Taluku police station limits in Karnataka, today.

Police said the victims were bound for Bellary to attend a friend's betrothal. The car driver was trying to overtake the lorry when the mishap occurred.

The injured was admitted to Government Hospital at Challakere.
