North Korea says has right to launch missiles
SEOUL, July 6 (Reuters) North Korea said it was not bound by a moratorium to halt its missile testing and that it has the right to fire missiles, its KCNA news agency today cited a Foreign Ministry spokesman as saying.
The spokesman said North Korea remains committed to a denuclearised peninsula and that the launch of its missiles yesterday was not related to stalled six-party talks on ending its nuclear programme.
