Goyal condemns use of force against AIIMS docs

Bhopal, July 6 (UNI) Condemning the use of force by police on AIIMS doctors who are on strike against the dismissal of the institution's director P Venugopal, senior BJP leader and former Union minister of state Vijay Goyal today alleged here that the Centre politicised AIIMS.

''The action against Dr Venugopal is an assault on the institution's autonomy. It was done to create fear in physicians' minds,'' said Mr Goyal who was a member of the AIIMS Governing Council.
