Fertiliser imports during April-May

New Delhi, July 6 (UNI) India imported 2.31 lakh metric tonnes (MT) of urea and 0.23 lakh MT of MOP in May 2006.

The cumulative import of urea,.DAP and MOP during April-May, 2006 was 5.10 lakh MT, 2.96 lakh MT and 0.67 lakh MT respectively, according to an official release here today.
