Disinvestment decisions, proposals put on hold: PM

New Delhi, July 6 (UNI) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today decided to put on hold all the centre's decisions and proposals for offloading its stake in public sector undertakings (PSUs) in the wake of bitter criticism from the DMK and the Left parties.

''The Prime Minister has decided to keep all disinvestment decisions and proposals on hold, pending further review,'' a statement by the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) said.
