Unisys-Microsoft together to simplify global comm

New Delhi, July 5: Unisys Corporation today announced its support to Microsoft's unique vision for unified communications, which delivers intuitive and seamless communications across email, instant messaging, voice, data, video and Web conferencing.

To bridge barriers between disparate information systems and communications means, Unisys is developing a comprehensive portfolio of consulting and systems integration services, alongwith outsourcing alternatives to enable its clients to achieve unified communication.

The development of this comprehensive package further validates the Unisys commitment to provide its clients with advanced solutions that improve efficiencies and contribute to advancing their business objectives.

Further, Unisys will work with clients to develop a long-term roadmap for them to significantly improve their existing communications infrastructure providing solutions for messaging migration and consolidation with Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007, and collaboration and business intelligence with the Microsoft Office system and Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server 2003.
