Tulip group to construct ultra shopping mall

Chandigarh, July 5: Chandigarh known for several architectural marvels and also as India's first planned city is now all set to adorn the country's first Shopping Mall with a four Star Hotel in Zirakpur, on the outskirts of the city on the Delhi-Shimla highway.

Chandigarh Grandeur is a joint venture project of Tulip Group promoted by Pradeep Seth and Kwality Buildtech -- the renowned real estate developers. Mr Seth is the man instrumental in designing, development and marketing of Ansal Plaza, India's first world-class mall.

Addressing the media here today, Mr Seth, Managing Director, Tulip Info Services Pvt Ltd, said that they had chose Zirakpur, as the city beautiful is turning into a major IT destination of the country.

Disclosing the details of Chandigarh Grandeur, he said, it will be strategically located, three kms away from the airport and a 10 minutes drive from the IT Park as well as from Sector 17, the main shopping centre of the city.

Friendly service, unimaginable shopping experience, breathtaking ambience, best of the national and international brands under one roof will be the luring factors at the Shopping Mall.
