Satyam to provide lifecycle mgmt solution for Dubai Municipality

New Delhi, July 5 (UNI) Satyam Computer Services Ltd today said it will implement a lifecycle management (ILM) solution for Dubai Municipality (DM) engineering departments, to help it develop better relationships with its clients and vendors.

The company's solution will enable DM's employees to access ad hoc reports and online information to determine the status of its large-scale projects.

''With the solution, DM employees will be able to communicate with customers and suppliers more easily and effectively, streamlining operations and facilitating continuous improvement,'' said Satyam Director and Senior Vice President (Asia Pacific, West Asia and Africa) Virender Aggarwal.

The company will also help the DM solve numerous administrative and technology problems.

DM is one of the leading entities in Dubai and a major force behind the current aggressive development of Dubai City, a company statement said.
