Quake rocks Patan and Koyananagar region

Karad (Maharashtra), Jul 5: A mild earthquake rocked Koyana region in Satara district this morning.

The earthquake, which rocked Patan and Koyananagar region at 0707 hours, measured three on the richter scale. The epicentre of shock was 11 km south away from Koyana Dam, official sources said.

No reports of injuries or damages have been received so far, the source said.
