Bangalore, July 5 (UNI) Karnataka Assembly Speaker Krishna today pulled up the Ministers of the JD(S)-BJP coalition Government for their absence when the House re-assembled after lunch break.

The Speaker's remarks came after the House was adjourned for a brief period and walkout by the Opposition Congress members, who pointed out the vacant treasury benches and criticised the Ministers for being irresponsible.

Even as the Congress members were walking out, the Chair adjourned the House for a brief period. When it reassembled, a few Ministers, including PWD Minister H D Revanna, were only present.

Pulling up the Ministers, the Speaker said they should behave in a more responsible manner. ''The House is being conducted for you only,'' he told the Ministers.

Later, the Assembly resumed discussion on the controversial Bangalore-Mysore Infrastructure Corridor issue.
