Jora places linemen under suspension for pilferage

Jammu, July 5 (UNI) The Jammu and Kashmir Power minister Nawang Rigzin Jora is himself conducting surprise raids in various areas of Jammu to detect power theft in operation of air conditioners by the power consumers.

He placed some linemen and other staff under suspension and ordered enquiry against them. Warning notice was also served to the Junior Engineer of Trikuta Nagar area, while lineman of the area was suspended forthwith when the Minister detected pilferage in the market complex of the area.
