CPI(ML) to launch "Janadhikar Abhiyan" against UPA govt
Patna, July 5 (UNI) CPI(ML) General Secretary Deepanker Bhattacharya today announced that the party would launch a 13-day ''Janadhikar Abhiyan'' on August 6 against the UPA government for its ''misplaced'' priorities and policies.
Mr Bhattacharya told newspersons here that in addition to the steep hike in prices of petrol and diesel, the UPA government's policy on the Iran issue and other matters were highly objectionable.
He said the Naval War Room leak case had only shown how the security of the country was in danger as role of even top Defence personnel was under doubt.
He said the Jharkhand government under a ''well hatched political conspiracy'' was trying to suppress the CPI(ML)'s movement with the help of all its might. He said his party would observe countrywide ''Prativad Divas'' (Protest day) on July 10 to vent its ire against the Jharkhand government's ''excesses'' against the CPI(ML).
