Swaraj Mazda ties up with Japan's Isuzu Motors

New Delhi, July 3 (UNI) Swaraj Mazda Ltd today said it has signed a technical assistance agreement with Japan's Isuzu Motors Ltd for manufacture of Isuzu commercials vehicles in India.

Japan's Sumitomo Corporation, having equity holding of 41 per cent in the company, played a key role in facilitating the deal between Swaraj Mazda and Isuzu Motors Ltd, the company said in a statement.

The company manufactures light commercial vehicles like trucks, buses, ambulance, police personnel carriers, water tankers and special vehicles.
