Raje urges NRRs to invest generously
Jaipur, Jul 3 (UNI) Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje Scindia urged Non-Resident Rajasthanis (NRRs) to invest and help the state in progessing further.
While inaugurating the Rajasthan Association of North America (RANA), in Long Island, New York, yesterday, Ms Raje said the desert state is now among the foremost states of India and it has been made possible due to better finance management, efficient drought management and development of basic infrastructure.
She said Rajasthan is trying to make its women self-independent by forming self-help groups and making them financialy strong.
She urged the members of RANA to help Rajasthan progress further in fields of education, services, industries and medical.
Meanwhile the state government has signed an agreement with North Shore Hospital University, US to provide state-of-the-art medical facilities in Rajasthan. A high-level university team will visit Rajasthan to access the probable development of infrastructure and facilities in the medical sector.
