iGate enhances share in US mortagage company

New Delhi, July 3: iGate Global Solutions Ltd today enhanced its equity stake in the US-based Loan Pro LLC (LP) to 60 per cent for an undisclosed amount.

The company had acquired 5 per cent stake in LP in April.

This investment would help the company's vision to enhance its presence in the mortgage space and become a leading iTOPS (integrated Technology and Operations) player.

LP is engaged in mortgage origination related services. It focuses on the mid-market mortgage segment and operates on a shared services model using its proprietary technology platform.
