Hyundai India June sales up by 39.6%

New Delhi, July 3 (UNI) Hyundai Motor India (HMI) today posted a 39.6 per cent growth in its sales in June this year at 27,251 units as against 19,516 units during the corresponding month last year.

The domestic market sales in the month registered a 5.62 per cent increase at 17,032 vehicles as compared to 10,902 vehicles in the same period previous year.

The company's exports in June '06 stood at 10,219 units, up by 18.6 per cent, at 8,614 units in June '05.
